Tina Spencer is the broker and owner of HomeGate Realty of Nevada. With deep roots in the Reno-Sparks community and years of experience guiding buyers, sellers, and investors, Tina brings a personal, hands-on approach to every transaction. Her specialties include residential sales, relocation, rentals, and property management across Northern Nevada.

As a native Nevadan, Jennifer is honored to have the opportunity to serve the families of Northern Nevada with their real estate needs. Cortney has lived in the Reno Nevada area for almost 25 years and love's that Northern Nevada is such a wonderful community to live and raise a family. Matt Smith is the newest member of the HomeGate Realty of Nevada team and thrilled to be joining the family business alongside his wife (Jennifer) and mother-in-law (Tina). Having spent 9 years working at the University of Nevada, Reno Matt saw an opportunity to help grow and continue the legacy of family business. Matt is excited to serve those in our community that need quality property management services and finding the best possible match for residents in our community.
